That was eight years ago.</p> <p><strong>Second:</strong> I have been kvetching about wanting to travel for at least 5 of those years, up until January of 2012 when I was laid off.</p> <p><strong>Third:</strong> I took my unexpected unemployment as an opportunity to thoroughly explore job prospects across continental United States.</p> <p><strong>Fourth:</strong> I have/had little to no savings.</p> <p><strong>Fifth:</strong> Solution?
